Pelindo Solusi Digital and ASDEKI agreed to integrate port and depot systems through Adhara, aiming to improve container tracking and logistics visibility across Indonesia.
Pelindo Solusi Digital has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Indonesian Container Depots Association (ASDEKI) to develop and integrate digital services connecting ports with inland container depots.
The agreement comes ahead of the planned launch of Adhara, a digital platform developed to connect businesses, systems and services across the maritime logistics ecosystem through data exchange.
Adhara is designed to support port-service bookings and container tracking across integrated terminals, connecting shipping lines, freight forwarders, terminals, transport providers, depots and other users, Pelindo Solusi Digital said.
The company’s president director said the platform was being developed to simplify integration with Pelindo through a single entry point while maintaining existing business relationships between users and individual terminals.
“Through Adhara, we aim to simplify integration with Pelindo via a single-entry point,” the president director said.
He said the cooperation with ASDEKI would extend container tracking beyond port operations to depot activities, including the movement of containers from port exit gates to depot entry gates.
Under the agreement, digital systems operated by container depots will be connected to port digital services through Adhara. The integration will include information on depot capacity and container entry and exit activities.
The company said the additional data would give businesses greater visibility of depot services in Jakarta and other depots affiliated with ASDEKI, helping them plan services and coordinate container movements.
Pelindo Solusi Digital, part of the Pelindo Group, said Adhara supports Pelindo’s digital initiatives based on a “One Data” and “Single Entry Point” approach while expanding connectivity with companies across the shipping, port and hinterland sectors.
“Within the maritime ecosystem, we conduct business while simultaneously cooperating and collaborating, particularly regarding information exchange,” the president director said.
He said the company was working with ASDEKI, shipping companies, the Association of Indonesian Land Transport Companies (APTRINDO) and other stakeholders to connect the logistics ecosystem through Adhara.
The company said the partnership was intended to improve visibility of logistics activity and facilitate data exchange among participants.
Adhara will use standardization and interoperability to support business-to-business data exchange, complementing business-to-government services such as the Indonesia National Single Window (INSW), Pelindo Solusi Digital said.
The company said the partnership was expected to support information connectivity across the logistics chain, from shipping and terminal services to inland container depots.
