IPC TPK Wins Platinum Award for Annual Reporting

Indonesia’s IPC Terminal Petikemas received the Platinum Award at IARA 2026 for its annual report, highlighting corporate governance, transparency, operational transformation and stakeholder accountability

IPC Terminal Petikemas (IPC TPK) has won the Platinum Award for Best Annual Report 2026 in the private company category for maritime, logistics and ports at the Indonesia Annual Report Award (IARA) 5 2026, organized by Economic Review magazine.

The award recognizes the company’s annual report, which outlines its corporate transformation, including service innovations, operational digitalization, productivity improvements and social and environmental responsibility initiatives.

“This award reflects IPC TPK’s commitment to upholding the principles of transparency and good corporate governance. IPC TPK dedicates this recognition to all our employees and stakeholders who continue to support the quality of our performance reporting,” Daniel Setiawan, the company’s senior manager of corporate secretariat, said.

Daniel accepted the award at a ceremony attended by business leaders from across Indonesia.

The annual report details the company’s operational and organizational developments, alongside its financial and non-financial performance and contributions to social and environmental programs, known in Indonesia as TJSL.

IARA, now in its fifth year, recognizes annual reporting standards among companies in Indonesia. According to the organizers, the 2026 awards were assessed by an independent panel comprising representatives from the media, academia, professional organizations, business practitioners and independent observers.

The assessment covered corporate governance disclosures, management analysis of financial and non-financial performance, and compliance with information disclosure regulations.

Daniel said the recognition would encourage the company to maintain its reporting standards and strengthen public disclosure.

“Moving forward, we will remain committed to prioritizing accurate and comprehensive public information disclosure as a form of corporate accountability to all stakeholders,” he said.
