PTP Multipurpose Maintained Good Cooperation and Partnership with Stevedoring Company

The drop of volume due to the pandemic has also disturbed the productivity of stevedoring companies as partners of PTP Multipurpose at Tanjung Priok Port. But, many of the stevedoring companies were able to survive their business, thanks to a good cooperation and partnership maintained by PTP Multipurpose, Juswandi Kristanto, Chairman of the Stevedoring Companies Association (APBMI) DKI Jakarta has said.

“The pandemic has significantly influenced the trade volume drop, giving us
(stevedoring companies) less works to handle. Alhamdullilah (Thanks God), though there was a drop, we can sustain our business, thanks to innovation and improvement initiated by PTP Multipurpose. Some innovation and improvement in operation system have helped our business operation to be more efficient,” commends Juswandi.
