The public listed company appoints Dwi Rahmad Toto president director, reshaping its board as the maritime services company seeks to strengthen operations and expand business opportunities
PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IPCM), a provider of vessel pilotage and towage services, has appointed Dwi Rahmad Toto as its president director, the company said after an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting on Wednesday.
The appointment was approved at the company’s Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on Sept. 23, alongside changes to its board of directors.
Shareholders approved the resignation of Arif Hermawan as director of fleet and operations, effective June 25, following his appointment as president director of PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim, part of state-owned port operator Pelindo.
Shanti Puruhita also stepped down as IPCM’s president director. The company thanked both executives for their contributions during their respective tenures.
Following the changes, IPCM’s board of directors comprises:
- President Director: Dwi Rahmad Toto
- Director of Fleet and Operations: I Wayan Wirawan
- Director of Finance, Human Resources and Risk Management: Dessy Emastari Prihatiningtyas
Toto has experience in business development, corporate strategy, partnerships and customer relationship management within the Pelindo Group, according to IPCM.
The company said his appointment is intended to strengthen its commercial and business development capabilities, including maritime service development, market expansion, asset utilization and the pursuit of new business opportunities.

Wirawan brings more than three decades of experience in the port and maritime services sectors, according to IPCM. His previous roles have included operations, maritime business, commercial activities and terminal and port management.
His experience is expected to support the company’s efforts to improve pilotage and towage operations, fleet utilization, safety and service quality.
Toto said IPCM would focus on strengthening its core services, optimizing its fleet and resources, improving customer service and developing new business opportunities in line with demand in Indonesia’s maritime industry.
“IPCM possesses strong business fundamentals and plays a strategic role in supporting national port activities,” Toto said.
The company is part of the Pelindo Group and PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim and provides vessel pilotage and towage services at Indonesian ports.
IPCM said it would also seek to strengthen cooperation within the Pelindo Group while maintaining a focus on operational safety, efficiency, service reliability, innovation and corporate governance.
The management changes come as IPCM seeks to develop its core maritime services while identifying additional opportunities in Indonesia’s port and logistics sectors.
