The report underscores ECU Worldwide’s ambitious commitment to achieve carbon neutrality by the year 2040. Beyond this environmental pledge, the company is laying down a roadmap to bolster its leadership diversity. By 2040, ECU Worldwide aspires to see a 40% gender diversity representation in its top management, building on its current achievement of having over half of its workforce comprised of women.
