The public listed car terminal operator shareholders appoint Wing Megantoro president director, with Donny Yuniarto Director of Operations and Engineering, and Bagus Dwipoyono Director of Finance, Human Resources and Risk Management.
Shareholders of PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IPCC) approved changes to the company’s management at an extraordinary general meeting on Thursday, appointing Wing Megantoro as president director.
The extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (EGMS) also approved the resignation of Sugeng Mulyadi as president director and concurrently acting director of Commercial and Business Development, effective June 25, 2026.
The company said it thanked Mulyadi for his contributions and leadership during his tenure.
Following the meeting, the company’s Board of Directors comprises:
- President Director: Wing Megantoro
- Director of Operations and Engineering: Donny Yuniarto
- Director of Finance, Human Resources and Risk Management: Bagus Dwipoyono
- Director of Commercial and Business Development: Vacant
Donny Yuniarto has also been appointed acting director of Commercial and Business Development, in addition to his role as director of Operations and Engineering, to ensure continuity of the function.
The appointment was made following a Board of Directors meeting in accordance with the company’s Articles of Association.
The EGMS was chaired by the company’s president commissioner and attended by members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and shareholders or their proxies, either in person or through the eASY.KSEI electronic system.
Wing said the management changes would support the company’s transformation, strengthen performance and improve corporate management as IPCC responds to developments in the vehicle terminal industry.
He added that the company would continue to focus on business expansion, digitalization and the implementation of good corporate governance to support its long-term business targets.
The company said achieving those targets would require collaboration among employees, stakeholders and shareholders.
