The award, presented at the Indonesia Logistics Awards 2026 in Jakarta, recognizes the company’s performance and service commitments as it marks its 10th anniversary of operations
New Priok Container Terminal One (NPCT1) has won the Container Terminal Operator of the Year award at the Indonesia Logistics Awards (ILA) 2026, organized by Supply Chain Indonesia (SCI).
The award was presented on Oct. 8 at the JS Luwansa Hotel in South Jakarta by SCI Founder and Chief Executive Setijadi. Christine Margaretha Manasseh, NPCT1’s corporate planning manager, accepted the award on behalf of the company.
The recognition comes as NPCT1 marks its 10th anniversary of operations, highlighting its efforts to improve operational performance, maintain service reliability and support container flows through Tanjung Priok Port.
“Winning the Container Terminal Operator of the Year award during NPCT1’s tenth year of operations serves as a meaningful acknowledgment of the company’s journey over the past decade,” Christine said on the sidelines of the ceremony.
“This award reflects NPCT1’s commitment to continuously improving operational performance and delivering reliable services,” she added.
NPCT1, part of state-owned port operator Pelindo Group, said it would continue to strengthen its service capabilities, improve operational reliability and work with customers and other port stakeholders to support Indonesia’s logistics network.

The company also credited regulators, customers, industry associations, the public, media organizations and other stakeholders in the Tanjung Priok Port ecosystem for their support and cooperation.
The ILA is an annual national awards programme recognizing companies, institutions and individuals for their contributions to Indonesia’s logistics and supply chain sectors. The 2026 event featured 26 categories, including awards for shipping, trucking, sustainable port innovation and integrated maritime logistics connectivity.
SCI is an independent professional organization focused on research, consulting and training in logistics and supply chain management. Its work draws on expertise from industry practitioners, academics, policy analysts and consultants.
Speaking at the ceremony, Setijadi said changing conditions in the logistics sector were testing supply chain resilience and requiring companies to respond quickly and effectively.
He said organizations that maintain efficiency, strengthen resilience, preserve service quality and adapt to changing conditions deserved recognition for helping sustain the industry.
“The ILA recognizes excellence in performance and the courage to innovate, improve service quality and processes, leverage technology, build capabilities, and contribute to national logistics,” Setijadi said.
He encouraged the award recipients to use the recognition to expand their contributions and support further progress across Indonesia’s logistics industry.
