PT Pelindo Multi Terminal (SPMT) has today announced the results of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on November 7, 2023. The AGM’s decision includes changes in the company’s Board of Directors, which will bring significant leadership changes to the company.
In this decision, Rizki Kurniawan has been appointed as the Director of Strategy & Commercial at PT Pelindo Multi Terminal, replacing Kokok Susanto, who previously held that position. Kokok Susanto, with his experience and dedication, will continue his role as the Director of Strategy & Commercial at PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim.
The changes in the Board of Directors include key positions, namely:
- Chief Executive Officer: Yon Irawan
- Director of Strategy & Commercial: Rizki Kurniawan
- Director of Operations: Arif Rusman Yulianto
- Director of Engineering: Zuhri Iryansyah
- Director of Human Resources: Edi Priyanto
- Director of Finance & Risk Management: Yoni Setiawan

Pelindo Multi Terminal emphasizes that the change in the Board of Directors is within the authority of the Shareholders and is a routine action taken by corporations, as part of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Group or Pelindo Group. This change reflects the steps taken by the company to advance itself after the integration of State-Owned Enterprises in the Port sector in 2021.
